Picture day schedule
1. It is important to have a picture day schedule for your league. We are happy to generate one for you.
2. It usually takes 10-15 minutes to photograph each team.
3.Picture envelopes need to be distributed at least a week or two in advance.
4. Location; Indoors is always best. We have beautiful large backgrounds for team and individuals.
5.If you choose to have pictures taken outside keep in mind the time of day and direction of the sun etc.
6. In case it rains, always have a back up plan.
7.Keep a list or log of comments good or bad from your organization. It is important to us to hear about any complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner. We want to take care of your organization and help with any problems that might occur.
8.Have a team or league representative on hand to assist and act as a liaison between our staff and your organization.

10. Last but not least... Book early! Prime dates go fast!
